Hands-On Product & Vendor Guidance:

~ guidance on sourcing items (online or in-store) and suggestions for trusted vendors​
Post-Session Deliverables:
~ Comprehensive Design Report: a detailed summary of the day’s findings and decisions, including finalized mood boards, color palettes, layout sketches, and a complete shopping list with product specifications

Design Essentials 4-hour Package - $1,050
This package is meant to deliver immediate clarity and decision-making support—transforming your space with a clear, actionable plan by the end of the day. Each element is designed to ensure that clients not only receive expert advice during the session but also have the necessary documentation and action steps to complete the design plan.

Signature Design 6-hour Package - $1,550
This premium package is designed for clients who want an immersive, expert-guided design experience that minimizes their own legwork and provides a clear, actionable plan for transforming their space—all within a single focused day. We prioritize providing expert advice in every session to ensure you gain valuable insights. Additionally, our approach includes supplying the essential documentation for effectively implementing your customized design plan. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're committed to supporting you.
~ Follow-up Support/Consultation Hours: follow-up support of 1–2 additional hours via phone or video is available with this session to address any questions, revise selections, or refine details after the client has time to review the design plan.

Additional Support Coordination
If clients find they need additional help executing the established design plan, our firm offers additional support as needed to assist with logistics, ordering and organization at an hourly rate $185/hour.

New Construction/Remodeling
Design Services ​
​
Working with your own designer on your new house or remodeling project proves valuable in the midst of the many meetings, questions, decisions and deadlines required by the architect, the builder and the contractors.
​
As your designer we offer a liaison-type service to help bridge the information gap between the architect, builder and you. In addition to helping with floor plans, space planning and selections, we serve as your advocate through the process. Using our knowledge of both design and construction, we are able to provide another set of eyes and ears to help both you, the owner, as well as the builder or contractor to understand what you are trying to
create within your new spaces.

We are happy to work with you at any point in your new home project but have found the most effective time is spent when the designer and client work together beginning with the architect. We enjoy walking through all the architectural phases to assist in ensuring your needs are met through space planning, kitchen and bathroom layout, cabinetry design, lighting and plumbing fixture selections and placement, and the selection of paint colors and other finishes that help create your custom home.​

During home remodeling projects, we are committed to remaining true to the architecture, style and elements of the original home as much as possible. We love celebrating what is right with the home while enhancing and improving the design and layout details as needed to allow maximum beauty and function.
At Adelle Design + Build, we learn what makes our clients “tick” by spending time investing in them and their families, learning their priorities, daily routines, storage needs and future plans. We want to share your goals and objectives for your remodeling project. As design and project mangers, we provide critical guidance on how not to over-build during a remodel while being sensitive to the daily requirements of the spaces.
We provide a master plan guiding the project with direction for a client as we see the big picture and help determine selections, design decisions, and processes in proper order. This ensures the project’s efficiency and budget management.
